The world of healing arts can be a lot to navigate especially as we are in the beginning stages of embarking on our journeys..

Healing is not about becoming perfect, reaching some goal, achieving more, or transcending your humanity.

Even the ones we consider to be hard, difficult, or negative — your rage, anger, sadness, jealousy, or shame — they are all your sacred loving teachers just as much as joy, happiness, and play are.

That your truth matters.

In a world full of noise and narratives that overwhelm and distract us constantly from ourselves, becoming your own Frequency Architect means returning to your own inner resonance—your felt sense of what is true, what is safe, and what is meant for you.

Because healing is not one-size-fits-all. And learning about what feels right to you is how you become your own Frequency Architect.


It is not about performance, about how knowledgeable or healed you are, or how long you have been on this journey either.. it’s about learning and discerning what feels right to you in your body, truly..

To turn toward the grief, the fear, the fatigue, and the joy—and hold space for it all. It’s about recognizing that your body is wise. That all of your emotions are sacred.
